You know that if you are trying to relocate, and are a parent, schools can be a major factor involved in your move. The following is a list of all schools in the zip code 89044 and 89052. I have tried to include some general information on each school as well. If you do a bit of research, you will find that just about any school in 89044 or 89052 is highly ranked for academics, is celebrated and will be a great place to send your kids! Information is current as of February 2015.

Shirley and Bill Wallin Elementary
This school opened August 2010 as an empowerment school. This means it is “given greater autonomy, engagement and accountability for the best deployment of … resources to increase student achievement,” Principal Michael O’Dowd. As are all schools in 89044 and 89052, it is located in Trustee District A.
Recently, Wallin was ranked second overall of all elementary schools in the Las Vegas area for reading and math scores. This school is rated as 5 stars, with 5 being the best one can achieve, by the Clark County School District (CCSD).

It is ranked the #1 high school in Nevada and #73 in the United States for high schools. It is a 5 Star Performance Rated School.
Coral Academy of Science is a K-12 state sponsored tuition free public charter school with emphasis in the areas of Math, Science, and Technology. The Henderson Campus began in 2011. According to the school website, “our parents and students have chosen to be a part of our school due to our strong academic program, and we are able to provide that high quality education without the need of charging tuition. Furthermore, our school has proven to be in such high demand, receiving around 1500 applications last year.”
